End User License Agreement

QiQ Gaming grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise commercialize the Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are owned by QiQ Gaming and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QiQ Gaming.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QiQ Gaming disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall QiQ Gaming be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QiQ Gaming from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any copies of the Service in your possession.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QiQ Gaming operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
